What you can expect

Clear timeframes and updates from the moment your order is confirmed.

Beemart completes delivery as soon as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 10 days, in accordance with the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021.

When the seller hands your order to the courier—normally within 48 hours—you will receive a notification. You can then follow your order through your Beemart customer account.

How it works

Your delivery journey

Four simple stages from checkout to your doorstep.

  1. 01
    Order confirmation

Your order details and delivery address are received after checkout.

  2. 02
    Seller preparation

The seller prepares the product and hands it to the courier, normally within 48 hours.

  3. 03
    Courier delivery

You receive a handover notification and can follow progress from your account.

  4. 04
    Order received

Your parcel is delivered to the address supplied during checkout.

If delivery is delayed

If delivery takes longer than the standard timeframe, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay.

  • You may cancel the order and claim a refund.
  • You may allow additional time for delivery.
If additional time is granted, Beemart cannot be bound to a specific delivery date.

Events outside our control

Delivery may be delayed by events beyond normal operational control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or severe conditions
  • Political unrest or political events
  • National and public holidays
